You can start monitoring a database in minutes. You do not need to install any agents on database hosts. Monitoring options include:

§         Creating user-specific SQL or PL/SQL metrics with warning notification

§         Execution of user-specific OS scripts on Windows and Unix (ssh) platform, output control

§         Monitoring of segments (inability to extend) placed in dictionary managed tablespaces

§         Presence of free partitions in partitioned tables, notification by individual thresholds

§         Monitoring of index availability (also for index partitions/subpartitions)

§         Monitoring of the privilege/role expiry terms (for the privileges given for the period)

§         Presence of invalid objects in the database

§         Broken jobs presence, warning notifications by predefined thresholds

§         Segment's logging option statuses

§         Monitoring of different critical system events

§         Correctness of data scheme settings (check of default parameters)

If necessary, you can easily add your own monitoring scripts to the system, accept messages from other monitoring systems and configure the delivery of reports and notifications.
